Session Details

• Full session fee is due within 5 business days of booking to reserve your spot. Fees are non-refundable but are transferrable should session need to reschedule due to weather, illness or emergency.

• Session fee includes any pre-session consultations to customize the shoot for you, the photo shoot/editing/basic retouching photos, uploading approximately 20 photos to a private online gallery where you can view and choose the images you would like to purchase, and delivery of your images.

• All prints and digital products are purchased separately and are not included as part of the session fee. Please no downloads, screenshots, or printing from the online gallery.

• In approximately 10 - 15 business days we will upload your images to a private online gallery where they can be viewed for purposes of ordering. This online gallery is for viewing purposes only.

• Client online galleries are available for 45 days and may be removed after that time. There is a $75 fee to reload a gallery from backups after that time.

• For all digital images purchased, you will receive a High Resolution version with release.

• Your prints, canvases and albums are normally delivered within two weeks of placing your order. For an additional fee of $50, products may be rushed.

• All digital images purchased come with a print release so you can print them wherever you wish. However, due to differences in lab quality control, we cannot guarantee the quality of the prints you print on your own. Prints purchased from us are printed at professional labs with color correction, high-end finishes, with protective coating and on professional paper.

• Texas state sales tax of 8.25% is added to all items, including session fee

Standard Session (for up to eight people) $130.00

A Standard On Location/Event Photography Session lasts approximately an hour of children, teens, adults, couples, families, and larger groups within 30 miles of the Dallas / Fort Worth area:

Within approximately 10-15 business days edited proofs will be made available to view from a private online gallery.
Private website for you to view your pictures for up to three weeks
Prints are NOT included with the session
Some locations require permit fees to be photographed, which may require an additional fee

Senior Session $150.00 - $200.00

You can expect a Senior Session to be FUN and last an hour to to three hours based on the number of locations and wardrobe changes. When we are finished, our goal is to make YOU and your parents happy! We will have fun creating portraits that are as unique as you! Prior to your shoot we will ask that you complete a very small questionnaire to know a little about who you are.

We ask that during your session, you be yourself and NOT be shy! Speak up about what you want and are comfortable with. There is not a limit to the number of wardrobe changes.

Locations
Senior Sessions can be held at multiple locations. No longer does “expressing your personality” mean selecting from background A, B or C, or choosing pose 1, 2 or 3. Our senior sessions are tailored to your needs and taste through every step of the process. We are equipped to photograph virtually anywhere, and work with each senior individually to select unique locations and overall style. If you need location ideas, we have numerous ideas to choose from. Please note that some locations require a permit, which may require an additional fee.

What’s Included?
-Within two weeks approximately 40 proofs will be made available to view from a private online gallery. The gallery will stay active for three weeks.
-Prints are not included with the session. (See prices below).
-Session prices include on location in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, with fees to travel out of the area.
-Five of your favorite images burned in low resolution onto a disk or tagged to your Facebook account for you to share with your friends. The Brandon Wilson Photography logo will be placed on the picture in an unobtrusive location on your portraits.

We can provide you with 50 standard sizes, from wallet all the way up to 30 x 40.

E-surface
A Kodak Professional Endura Paper, the e-surface paper has a luster surface.
